Why is the company named "GINBIS"?

Hello.
Many people have known GINBIS as a long-established manufacturer of baked confectionery, such as "TABEKKO DOUBUTSU" and "ASPARAGUS BISCUITS." However the origin of the company name was not known. We're often asked "what does the company name mean?" GINBIS comes from "Ginza" + "Biscuits." We started our business at Sumida-ku, Tokyo in 1930. We changed the company name to "Ginza Bakery" in 1945 and opened a sales office and a restaurant in Ginza. Since then, we have dedicated ourselves to making confectionery with a commitment of "making the best delicious biscuits in Ginza!" The "GINBISCO," the main product at that time, won the Honorary Grand Prize at the National Confectionery. We were acknowledged as the best in name and ability in baking confectioneries.
Because of "Ginza" as the birthplace and the commitment to "biscuits," we changed our company name to "GINBIS." The best delicious biscuits in Ginza. This deliciousness is passed on to all of the current GINBIS Products.
