Quality Control

GINBIS is committed to a high level of quality control with pride as a long-established manufacturer of confectionery. We consistently do maintenance on factory equipment and educate our employees to raise awareness of quality Control. At the same time, we make products by considering what we can do for our customers so they enjoy our products without any concerns.
One of those efforts is an approach to allergies. In fact, all GINBIS products are "egg free." Even if you make sweets without eggs, if you bake in a facility that uses eggs, there is a possibility that eggs may be mixed in another line. Since we want customers who cannot eat eggs to enjoy our products without any concerns, we have a policy to make safe and delicious sweets without using eggs in all products.
In March 2008, Koga Factory acquired ISO9001 certification and FSSC22000 certification in July 2017. (ISO9001 certification was cancelled due to the acquisition of the FSSC22000 certification.) We constantly improve the quality control in our facility. Our customers can rest assured that we continue to put our efforts for improvements every day.
